How to Convert JPG and PNG Photos to a Single PDF (Free)
Marksheets, Aadhaar copies, bills, receipts: portals and offices ask for a PDF, but all you have are phone photos. Converting them into one PDF takes a minute and avoids sending ten separate attachments.
Convert in four steps
- Open Image โ PDF.
- Select all your JPG or PNG files together. They become pages in the order you add them.
- Check the order and remove anything that does not belong.
- Download the PDF.
Get a clean result
- Photograph documents flat, in daylight, with the whole page inside the frame.
- Crop away table edges before converting if you can.
- Name the images 1, 2, 3 before adding them so the order is obvious.
If the PDF is too large
Phone photos are often several MB each. After converting, run the file through Compress PDF, or reduce the images first with the target-KB image compressor. Read our guide on compressing a PDF for email or WhatsApp for what to expect.
Need to fix the pages afterwards?
Sideways photo? Use Rotate Pages. Extra page? Use Delete Pages. Want two sets of images in one file? Convert each set and then merge.
